The system has also provided other financial benefits. Because the drivers are running more efficiently, we are saving gas and maintenance dollars. Our miles travelled are down by 6%. That’s a savings of $180.00 per van per month. Our average time per stop is also down by 33%.

 

The system is also a great training and evaluation tool. It allows us to take marginal drivers and make them better. Our response time has also gotten much better and our referral sources have noticed our excellent service. Finally, office stress is way down. We know where the driver technicians are, causing fewer in bound and out bound calls, allowing us to communicate better with less confusion.”
