This report is the home page for many users. It displays real time information on all of the units in the specific fleet, their current location and their status. The Fleet Activity Summary allows a fleet manager to quickly see where his units are in relationship to any custom locations without going through all the data on left side of the screen. Various user defined groups can be viewed on from this page.
This report is a recap that provides managers with a high level over view of a specific day’s activity for the fleet. Exceptions can be easily observed and dealt with. Links to the units that show exceptions are easily followed.
This page shows all the units in the fleet, their current readings in hours or miles, and the next service they are scheduled for including the time remaining before the next service. It flags exceptions in red and documents the next service that is due for other units. There is also an e-mail tab on this page that allows the user to set up e-mail notifications for service due
FleetTraks™ will send in a daily idle time calculation to show the actual idle time of all the units in the fleet for a specific time period. Idle time waists 1 gallon of gas for every hour that the unit idles
The Dashboard Report Style is the advanced choice for the home page allowing users to view more detail about their fleet. It allows the user to quickly see more exception management information about the fleet. It also allows the user to set up fleet goals and compare how the fleet is doing against those goals. The page is divided into three sections. On the left side of the page is the Fleet Information Summary. This is the same information that is normally displayed on the Fleet Information Summary page (i.e. all units, last report, and last location). On the top right is the Fleet Activity Summary. Using this bar, a fleet manager can quickly see where his units are in relationship to any custom locations without going through all the data on left side of the screen. Below the Fleet Activity Summary bar are the Fleet Performance and Exception Charts. This information compares the actual fleet data against goals set up by the user under the configuration button.

Unit Reports & Maps
Every activity of the vehicle is available in REAL TIME in this report. Information regarding the history of position and status reports can be viewed for a specified date range. Notice the Custom Locations (i.e. Joes pizza) frequently visited addresses are easily converted into Custom locations by the user.
Clicking the Map History tab allows the driving history to be pinpointed on a map.

Using the Find Unit Tab the user to can "ping" or send a request to the unit to obtain its current location.
A Geo-Fence is a closed radius geographic boundary around a specific point. You can set a Geo-Fence boundary of various radiuses (miles) and be notified by e mail when a unit travels in or out of the Geo-Fence area.
The Starter Interrupt Relay - is an optional piece of hardware that upon notification from the host allows the unit to disable the starter on the vehicle. It does not kill the engine. It only disables the starter to keep the engine from starting.
